Agave nectar
also known as Agave syrup is an organic low glycemic natural liquid
sweetener made from the extract of the wild agave. Agave nectar is
sweeter than honey and is a great choice for use in deserts, baked
goods, sauces, and beverages.
This sweetener is slightly less
viscous than honey which makes it easy to use in a variety of ways.
Agave nectar amber has a maple-like taste whereas the light variety can
